Good move.

But here's the uncomfortable question:

Does Nepal's online Creator really have a content-creation problem or a tourism-product problem?

Every year, thousands of reels are created and show the mountains, the drone shots, and the "hidden gems" that aren't hidden anymore.

Will better storytelling bring more visitors, or are we just putting a sharper filter on the same content?

Travel Content Creation Workshop

A Professional Workshop for Nepal's Tourism Professionals and Content Creators Co-organized by Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and TikTok

Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), in collaboration with TikTok, invites applications from tour Operators, travel agencies, trekking agencies, hotel and hospitality professionals, and tourism professionals to participate in the Travel Content Creation Workshop.

The workshop is designed to strengthen participants' skills in digital storytelling, short-form video production, destination branding, audience engagement, and responsible tourism promotion through content creation. Participants will gain practical insights from Tiktok experts showcasing Nepal's diverse tourism experiences to domestic and international audiences.

Workshop Dates: 24–26 June 2026
Application Deadline: 21 June 2026 (5:00 PM)

A total of 300 participants will be selected for the workshop. The program will be conducted in three separate one-day sessions, with 100 participants attending each day. Participants will be assigned to a specific session based on their professional background and area of work.
