I have completed 15000kms so far.
And my Honda H'ness was giving me a continuous 'click' sound while in 1st and 2nd gear.
The issue was with the small chain sprocket (the drive sprocket). One of its teeth was bending slightly.

After going to the BIG BIKE HONDA Service Station (Teku 01-4104509), the humble mechanic flipped the sprocket and the noise was canceled.
It will last for another couple of thousand KMs, he said.

BTW, Oil or Lube Spray for CHAINS?
Upon asking the mechanic suggested, "Definitely use gear oil or engine oil instead of chain spray".

That's it.

you can get an appointment by simply registering your bike plate number and name too

It saves a lot of time,

I had to replace my old "Chain Sproket" sets with the new one. The old one gave me tickling sound while throttling.
I was not confident to go for a long ride. So after consulting with few mechanics pro, i decided to change it.

also, mechanics suggested me to replace sprocket after every 15000kms run.

i have completed 19000km so far today.

One thing about the mileage, Honda Hness 350 is giving me very low, about 28km, (though the speedometer dashboard says 45km range). i only run on highways mostly.

here are few things to consider,
  • clean air filters in every 15days, DIY.
  • check your tyre pressure in every 15days.
± you may get 5-8 additional range. i guess.
