As excited as you are, I wanted the new Windows 11 OS on my Acer M5 Series Laptop.
After watching Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella on the New ‘Start’ of the PC video, I was super thrilled to get some refreshed version of OS, which was much needed.
I have a decent hardware configuration and a genuine Windows 10, regularly updated.
6GB RAM / 500 GB HDD / Windows 10 Home/
Core i5 / 1.7GHz / x64-based processor
Touch Support with 10 Touchpoints
But, I was unable to upgrade.
It says, "This PC will not run Windows 11"
Why?
Because my PC does not meet the requirements to run Windows 11.
Simply, my device is old and doesn't meet the minimum installation requirements.
Here is what you can do:
When you click on a blue button "Check Now", you will lead to a page where the message box appears to notify you about the compatibility.

I will be sharing some information about Windows 11 compatible PC from the local retailers based in Kathmandu
I will post with pictures, price and shopping details

- Go to the Windows 11 page and scroll down to Download the PC Health Check app (13.4 MB) to see if your current PC meets the requirements to run Windows 11
- After installing it, you will see the following app window.
